Modern Prop respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

We collect customer emails for the purpose of sending newsletters and product drop announcements. Your information is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties. We may use built-in site analytics provided by our platform (Wix) to better understand customer behavior, but no external tracking tools are used.

If you subscribe to our email list, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

We do not collect sensitive payment information directly—payments are securely processed through third-party providers like PayPal, Square, or Wix Payments.


🔁 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Modern Prop piece. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

* Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

* Customers must contact us before returning any item.

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

* Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon inspection.


We accept exchanges under the conditions of returns listed above..

Please note: custom-made and limited edition items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

📜 TERMS OF SERVICE

 

Modern Prop sells made-to-order plant propagation objects through our online storefront (modernprop.biz). By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

 

All items are handmade, and slight variations in texture and color are natural and part of the process. 

 

Orders are currently available for shipping within the United States only. Once an order is placed, production begins. 

 

Please allow adequate lead time for fabrication and fulfillment, to reduce overhead costs that are critical to keeping prices low, all products are made to order. We strive to have orders shipped 2-3 business days after an order is placed.

 

We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has left our studio.

 

You agree not to reproduce, copy, or resell Modern Prop designs or associated intellectual property without explicit written permission.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or update these terms as needed.
